Shipping & Delivery
We do ship worldwide. Our shipping rates are the following:
- Within India — free shipping
- Anywhere else — ₹1500 (approx. $18) flat rate and free shipping above ₹6000 (approx. $70)
All orders are dispatched from India. Orders typically take 3-10 business days before they are shipped out.
Customs/import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are imposed by the country’s regulations to which the goods are shipped.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, you should first request a return claim by sending an email to hello@thekosmologist.com
We reserve the right to respond to this up to 10 business days. We are going to send you in our email response the physical address where you can return your product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but wait for the physical address that we will send you on email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once we have received your returned product and it is in its initial condition after an inspection, we are going to start the refund process in case it is approved. You will receive your sum back your original bank card or bank account from where you paye at the purchase. This may take up to 5-10 business days after your item has been returned.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. In this case, send us an email at hello@thekosmologist.com with a photo of the damaged product and then wait for our response and confirmation about the exchange.
